- By phone: Call FAX at (559) 621-RIDE (7433) and state that you would like to request the deletion of your personal data related to the My FAX Bus website.
- Online: Contact us through the FAX contact page at fresno.gov/transportation/fax/contact-fax and include “Data Deletion Request” in your message.
Please include enough information for us to identify your records (such as the name and email address you used when contacting us). We will verify your request and respond within 30 days.
Please note that certain information may be exempt from deletion where retention is required by law, including California public records and records retention requirements, or where the information is needed for security, legal, or archival purposes. Automatically collected technical logs (such as IP addresses) are retained and purged according to our standard retention schedule described in Data Retention.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
